###  1. Fee Payment & Refund

 Course fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
* No refund will be provided after:

* Course commencement
* Access to study materials / classes is granted

###  2. Exceptional Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

* Duplicate payment made by the student
* Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed
* Verified technical issue from our side preventing course access

 In such cases:

* Refund will be processed within *7–10 working days*
* Amount will be credited to the *original payment method*

###  3. Batch/Postponement Option

* Students may request *batch transfer or postponement* (subject to availability)
* Approval depends on management discretion

###  4. Course Cancellation by RAMJEE Academy

* If a course is cancelled by the academy, *full refund will be issued*
